my approach
How I Work
Step 01
Research
I start by understanding the people and the problem. Through interviews, competitor analysis and looking at existing data, I find out what users need and what the business is trying to achieve.
Step 02
Define
I turn the research into clear goals, user flows and a simple structure. I agree priorities early so the design stays focused on what matters.
Step 03
Design
I move from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, building consistent, accessible interfaces. I test with real users and iterate on what I learn rather than on assumptions.
Step 04
Deliver
I prepare clean handoff files, design specs and documentation.
